Customer came with a failed drive the day I ordered the unit. Drive was unresponsive and undetected in Windows/LINUX/MACOS. Ten minutes after setting up the software I plugged in the failed drive. The RapidSpar Assistant talked to your cloud services and all the data was readable and then I moved the data to the target drive. Over 600gigs of data recovered! Amazing and thank you!!! Now our computer shop is complete and no one in this town can do what we do. thank you!
Also, this morning, we had another customer's drive here since December. Drive would only read for about a minute then it would halt up and stop talking the computer. I put it on the RapidSpar it downloaded an optimized firmware and all the data is now readable and recovered. We have two more drives sitting on our shelves after this. thanks again!!
